These tune jobs and ultra-rare special editions highlight the awesomeness that is Maserati�s flagship sedan. It's easy to lose the Maserati Quattroporte in the incredibly crowded luxury sedan scene. Maserati's sedan doesn't sell nearly as well as its European or American counterparts, but that doesn't mean that it should be overlooked, especially in the tuning and special edition departments. The Quattroportes featured here include the sixth-generation version of the sedan, a variety of tune jobs and one very odd and obscure wagon version. Yes, there's a wagon Quattroporte. The aerodynamic body kit was hand-built using something called a 12K carbon weave. On the engine-side, CDC performed an ECU reflash and added a twin-compressor system with intercoolers and a new exhaust system. These add-ons pushed the Maserati's power to 580hp and 420 lb-ft of torque, numbers good for a 0-62 mph time of 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph. Bigger brakes, 22-inch wheels and a stainless steel coilover were also added.
