The next Enzo may not be ready to show off just yet, but that doesn't mean Ferrari can't drop some hints. While McLaren may have been stealing the bulk of the attention in the hypercar segment with the release of the new P1 in Paris, Ferrari didn't come empty-handed. Though the successor to the Enzo isn't quite ready to show off just yet, Ferrari did unveil the carbon-fiber tub that will form the backbone of the upcoming supercar's chassis.Derived from its Formula One racing technology, the carbon tub will underpin the "upcoming limited-edition special series", as Ferrari calls it. The Maranello-based supercar company claims the new chassis to be not only 20 percent lighter than the one around which the Enzo was built, but it's also 27 percent more rigid and 22 percent stiffer. Those are improvements we can get behind, but we're still salivating at the thought of the assuredly otherworldly performance of which the Enzo successor will be capable. We already know we're looking at a further evolution of Ferrari's V12 engine design, mated to a HY-KERS electric boost similar to the one Ferrari showcased on the 599 HY-KERS concept and based, once again, on the technology it developed for its F1 cars.

Taking a its cues from the Fiat 500C, Citroen's popular DS3 hatchback is now available with a folding fabric roof panel. Like what you see here? Too bad it's not available Stateside. French automaker Citroen hasn't been sold in North America in recent history and while the chances of that changing anytime soon isn't likely, there's some part of us that really digs the DS3, taking on the Fiat 500 and Mini as it does with a decidedly anti-retro approach.Now Citroen has given the DS3 a folding fabric roof, of sorts. The mechanism is similar to the one found in the Fiat 500C it aims to rival, keeping its roof rails in place while opening up the top and back.

New rally machine ready to tackle Intercontinental Rally Challenge, European Rally Championship and whatever you can throw at it. Peugeot is preparing its next assault on the rally scene, and this is the machine with which it will do so. Called the 208 R5, it follows on the earlier 207 S2000 and the less-extreme 208 R2, and was just unveiled at the Paris Motor Show.Based on the new 208 hatchback, the R5 has a square stance, with all four driven 18-inch white wheels wearing Michelin rubber and pushed to such extremes that they're popping right out of the bodywork - all the better for keeping the car planted on asphalt, gravel, sand or snow.

Did you like the Audi Crosslane concept? You may be able to buy it soon, only with a different name. German automakers may have been among the last to jump on the crossover/SUV bandwagon, but that doesn't mean it hasn't embraced the high-riders since. Mercedes has a full range of off-roaders, BMW has spun the success of the X5 into the X1, X3 and X6, Volkswagen has followed up on the Touareg with the smaller Tiguan, even Porsche has made a go of the Cayenne and is readying a smaller version as well. But don't count Audi out of the equation, either. What it reluctantly debuted as the Q7 has since led to a Q5 and Q3, but word has it that a smaller Q2 is on its way.

Hennessey Performance wastes no time in amping up the 2013 SRT Viper to ridiculous levels of power and performance. The 2013 SRT Viper has yet to even hit dealerships, but that isn't stopping John Hennessey and his team over at Hennessey Performance from already working out a pair of new Venom packages for the latest Chrysler supercar. The 2013 Viper made its official debut back in April at the New York Auto Show. Packing a monstrous 8.4-liter V10 rated at 640 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque, it wouldn't seem that the all-American supercar needs any more power, but that never stopped Hennessey in the past, and it isn't about to this time, either.

The Brit puts the classic Porsche racer through its paces on the race track. Next to Jeremy Clarkson and his crew, Chris Harris is one of the most recognizable of British automotive journalists and video hosts. For his latest clip, the pint-sized auto-journo affectionately known as Monkleyheaded out to Porsche's Weissach test track in Germany to put the iconic Porsche 962 through its paces.Now the 962 is a rare beast, but even among them, this one is particularly unique because this one won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1987. The 962's historic win at the famous endurance race marked the seventh consecutive victory for the German automaker at Le Mans. Check out the British presenter's day in the priceless racer below.

Fiat didn't bring just any model to the Paris Motor Show for the debut of the new Panda 4x4. It brought the most beautiful woman in Italy. There were some debuts at the Paris Motor Show this year that were more important than others. The new Fiat Panda 4x4 wasn't one of them. At least, it wouldn't have been, if not for one striking model standing alongside it.You see, a lot of carmakers hire pretty models to stand next to their vehicle at car show. Especially the Paris show. But Fiat didn't just hire any pretty face and set of legs. It brought the most beautiful woman in all of Italy to stand next to the Panda, of all things.

E92 Bimmer looks rather devilish after some German tuners go to work on it. The BMW 3 Series is a benchmark sports coupe straight from the factory, but it's also a favorite among tuners. Now the team at Tuning Concepts from Neumunster, Germany, has taken its stab at the E92 coupe with the customization package you see here.The program starts with a two-tone red and black exterior finish, which TC says "makes the 3 Series Coupe almost 'automatically' faster." We don't know about that, but the M3-sourced components might help.

Russian truckers aren't exactly known for their commitment to safety. Driving next to a truck in Russia is one of the riskiest things you can do. For whatever reason, Russian truckers are prone to flipping their rigs and crashing into other drivers. This weird phenomenon has been captured by the dash cams of Russian motorists.These crashes often involve massive amounts of damage to both the rig and the car/business they plow into. You can check out some of the most harrowing Russian truck crashes ever recorded below. Few things in life are more terrifying than watching a Russian tanker truck flip right in front of you. Thankfully the tanker didn't explode or this video would've been a whole lot worse. Sleeping truck drivers are dangerous no matter what country they're in. This sleeping Russian trucker doesn't take anyone else out, but he does manage to flip his rig. You don't even have to be on the road to become an (almost) victim of a crazy Russian truck driver. This guy is lucky that one of these two vehicles didn't crush him/blow up the gas station. In America, most drivers need only to put up flares or small cones to protect themselves when their vehicles are disabled. That isn't the case in Russia, as evidenced by this video.
