The flick confirms that all three versions of the E-Class will ditch the current model's quad-headlight setup in favor of two bigger units. This will put the car in line with Mercedes' current design language while giving it a more aggressive look. The headlights depicted in the film feature adaptive high and low beams and a full LED treatment. Whether or not they will come standard across the entire range is not known. The new headlights will be accompanied by a redrawn front bumper and a slightly refreshed rear fascia, but most of the car's sheet metal is expected to remain the same. As is typically the case, new wheel designs and new exterior colors will be part of the package. Since the E-Class lineup recently gained a pair of more fuel-efficient engines, it is unlikely that any technical changes will be made to the refreshed model and the E350, the E550 and the E63 monikers will be carried over. More versions might be added later in the production run, however. Mercedes-Benz did not mention when the Botoxed E-Class will make its debut but rumors circulating around the media claim that the car will not be presented in Los Angeles next week. If that proves true, look for the 2014 E to greet the public in Detroit next January or in Geneva next March. div.post-content1 ul li { list-style:disc !important; margin-left:20px; color:#000000; } div.post-content1 ol li { list-style-type: decimal !important; margin-left:20px; color:#000000; } #editorial_graph ul li { list-style:none !important; margin-left:0px; } Source: Leftlanenews
