With the move, owners of Chrysler and Fiat vehicles in the Old World will have the options to personalize and accessorize their cars and trucks, AutoCar learned. The move is part of Fiat's takeover of Chrysler. Starting next year, European dealers will let buyers outfit their vehicles with advanced technology such as on-board Wi-Fi and wireless mobile device charging starting in 2013. Mopar will offer service plans, parts, and extended warranties for Chrysler and Fiat vehicles. Owners will have the ability to check maintenance schedules through a dedicated website that's currently under development. Special events will also cater to those in the Mopar community. How many European dealers will support and sell Mopar parts remains to be seen, though it's likely to be all of them. Mopar, a combination of Motor and Parts, launched in the U.S. in 1937, making the brand 75 years old. div.post-content1 ul li { list-style:disc !important; margin-left:20px; color:#000000; } div.post-content1 ol li { list-style-type: decimal !important; margin-left:20px; color:#000000; } #editorial_graph ul li { list-style:none !important; margin-left:0px; } Source: Leftlanenews
