The all-electric Tesla Model S is the fastest American-built sedan on the road. But how fun is it to drive? Motor Trend investigates. Back in April Tesla informed those holding reservations for its Model S Signature Series that their new cars were being readied for delivery, which subsequently took place in July. The electric sedan has thus been on the road for a few months now, so Motor Trend's Carlos Lago saw fit to see how fast and fun the groundbreaking car is to drive. On paper there's plenty to like about the Tesla Model S. The $97k top spec model has a 300-mile range, 443 pound-feet of instantaneous torque and can shoot to 60 mph in 4 seconds flat. It also looks the part and has an enviable interior sporting a 17-inch LCD display and a luxurious volume of space. But if you want to get a feel of how the car drives on the road and track, check out MT's latest video review. Source: Carbuzz
