The Aventador Roadster will be revealed in digital form in December, according to a Car and Driver report. It will likely make its official auto-show debut at the Geneva show in March, although an introduction in April at the Shanghai show is also said to be a possibility. Contradicting previous rumors of a targa-style roof, C/D claims that the convertible Aventador will get a folding hardtop. Such a setup would be heavier but much more practical and user-friendly than the somewhat flimsy removable cloth top used on the Murcielago Roadster. Lamborghini has yet to announce an official launch timetable or any other Aventador Roadster details, but the Italian automaker did recently speak out to quash rumors of a four-seat "Aventador GT". Speculation had held that the car would feature two rear jump seats in addition to Mazda RX-8-style rear-hinged doors. Source: Leftlanenews
