BMW X6 Facelift to Be Launched on November 22 - Asian Cars

BMW India is seriously on high expansion spree. After launching first ever four-door Gran coupe, company is again ready with its facelift BMW X6, which will be launched on November 22, 2012. Previously showcased at recently held New York international motor show followed by its launch in Malaysia, facelift BMW X6 will make its Indian debut with host of cosmetic updates and new M performance package.

 
Technically, BMW X6 is housed with three different power trains including a 3.9 litre, six cylinder twin turbo engine, a 4.4 litre V8 engine and a twin turbo 4.4 litre V8 engine. The most interesting and significant addition in new X6 is new M performance package, which is purely different from earlier shown pure cosmetic M packages and enhance the performance of the car with upgradations of 15 PS power & 30 Nm torque on the X6xDrive35i and an increase of +40 PS of power and 30 NM torque on the X6xDrive50i. All the engines will come mated with to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

 
Moreover, as far as exteriors and interiors are concerned, facelift BMW X6 comes with a restyled grille, fog lamps, new headlights and front clip. In addition to this, adaptive LED lights as a new option will be offered to MY 2013. On the rear part, X6 gets restyled light clusters with two horizontal LED glowing bars. Interiors too get a new touch in the form of new leather upholstery and a three-seat bench.
