European buyers will soon have two more engines to choose from, while US showrooms will have to wait until the summer for the City Lounge 500L. The Fiat 500L is due to hit US showrooms in the summer, and when it does the extended wheelbase 500 will come with the Italian carmakers 1.4-liter MultiAir turbo inline four rated at 160 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. Meanwhile in Europe, the Fiat 500L has just received a couple of new turbocharged engines: a 0.9-liter TwinAir Turbo borrowed from the 500 city car and the MultiJet II turbo-diesel four-pot that powers the Alfa Romeo MiTo and Giulietta.
