Gorgeous and unique Spanish cabriolet to cross the auction block with pre-sale estimates between $1.25 and 1.75 million. Spain may not rank among the top automaking countries, much less when it comes to exotic sportscars, but back in the 50s a company called Pegaso made some of the most beautiful, fast and desirable automobiles on the market. Known primarily for making trucks and buses, there was a time when it made sportscars like this one. A rare beauty indeed, the car in question is a 1954 Pegaso Z-102 with coachwork by Saoutchik, and is expected to fetch about $1.5 million when it hits the auction block at Amelia Island on March 9.
