964 Ferraris fall slightly short of the thousand cars the company was hoping for, but the record for Most Ferraris in a Parade was well and truly annihilated. Although yet to be officially ratified by Guinness, it's only a matter of time before the biggest parade of Ferraris that descended upon the Silverstone circuit over the weekend is announced as a new world record. In total, 964 Ferraris turned up, smashing the previous record of 490 cars that dates back to 2008 at Japan's Fuji Speedway Circuit. Leading the parade in a 458 Spider was Ferrari F1 driver Felipe Massa. "It was a really unforgettable experience," said the eleven-time grand prix winner. The ambitious attempt also managed to raise money for BEN, a British charity that supports motor-industry employees and their families, to which Ferrari donated £5 for every car in the parade.
