There's a good reason why those electric tram wires are suspended well above city streets. Someone evidently forgot to explain that to the Russian authorities, though. We already knew that driving in Russia is a hazard to your health - or to one's life in general. Yet somehow people there still manage to get to where they need to be every day, but not always without incident. Thanks to the Russian obsession with dashboard cameras, we bring you another case of unfortunate driving.Although it's hard to notice it at first in this video clip, there's a large section of electric cable from an urban tram dangling only inches from the road. While we can't fault the driver in this case, there's plenty of blame to be placed on city services here. Either way, we're glad not to be driving in Russia. See what we mean in the video below.
