Both the BMW M5 and M6 pack the same V8 under the hood, but which is better on the track? Car and Driver visited the UK this week to conduct a track test many have been waiting to see happen for some time, pitting BMW's flagship performance sedan against its coupe counterpart. The BMW M5 is one of the world's fasterst four-doors, earning its well-deserved reputation through five generations dating back to 1985. But is the formula just as special when applied to a large coupe to create the M6? Both cars share the same 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 with 560 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque, so off they go to the track. Although there are relatively minor differences in weight and price, each of these cars posts similar performance figures. Jethro Bovingdon reports in the video below. Source: Carbuzz
