AMG gives us a heads-up on its new four-door coupe with camouflaged photos and video footage. Mercedes-Benz has big plans for its new front-drive platform. Not only does it underpin the new A- and B-Class hatchbacks, but a slew of other model variants are in the pipeline, including a possible SLA roadster and GLA crossover. Before those come along, though, Mercedes will take the wraps off the new CLA in Detroit next month, and the CLA45 AMG at the Frankfurt show next September. To give us an idea of what we're looking forward to, the German automaker has released these teaser photos and video. The still and moving images show the CLA45 lapping a wet track and drifting along a snow-covered mountain road. The prototype is still wearing camouflage, and more of it than the A45 AMG hot hatch we reported on previously, but you can still make out the shape that mirrors the Concept Style Coupe unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show.
