Chevy isn't taking any prisoners with its Camaro V8 engine lineup as a new leaked document shows that the 7.0-liter V8 from the Corvette Z06 will be offered in the 2014 Camaro. There's been a lot of talk lately about the next-generation Chevrolet Camaro, due sometime in late 2014 or early 2015. Aside from rumors of a turbo four-pot as a possible base engine in that car, it's apparently too early to write-off the current fifth-gen Camaro just yet. After all, there are still plenty of Mustangs to go after. According to fan site Camaro5, which managed to get a hold of a dealer's VIN cards for the 2014 Camaro, there will be a new engine available: the 7.0-liter LS7 V8 that powers the hard-core Corvette Z06.
