Lexus continues to add more spice to its lineup by approving for production a reborn SC coupe featuring the dramatic styling of the LF-CC Concept. Early last month we reported that Lexus was keen to build a new rear-wheel-drive coupe based off the highly stylish LF-CC Hybrid Concept displayed at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Set to be the first true coupe since the discontinuation of the old SC, Autocar is reporting that the Japanese automaker has just officially greenlit the concept for production. The show car's hybrid drivetrain will also make production and it'll more than likely be based on the 3.5-liter V6 that's in the larger GS 350h sedan. Source: Carbuzz
