From Fiat and Alfa Romeo to Maserati and Ferrari, the German outfit is the go-to tuner for Italian cars. Germany-based tuning house Novitec specializes in Italian marques, and since its inception in 2004, has delivered a constant stream of impressive aftermarket packages. Less about show and more about go, Novitec focusing primarily on creating performance-orientated parts. The company�s first project was a twin-supercharged Ferrari 360, and reworked Prancing Horses are what Novitec has become most renowned for, hence the inclusion of two Ferrari models in our top five list. more at CarBuzz: Cadillac Considering Smaller Premium ModelDefender Goes ElectricThe Chinese Are Building Lambos When Novitec Rosso got a hold of the Ferrari F12, it gave it more power for a higher top speed, a new set of wheels mounted to an upgraded suspension and a revised interior. The 6.3-liter V12 leaves the factory with 740 hp, but by remapping the ignition and injection, Novitec upped that figure to 763, while raising the top speed to 214 mph. Novitec also fitted the F12 with its NF4 wheels, which are mounted to in-house sport springs that can bring the Berlinetta up to 40 mm closer to the tarmac.
