While the majority of automakers are unveiling new vehicles at the North American International Auto Show, Land Rover is busy at a different venue. The SUV maker is instead on the scene at the London International Boat Show, where it unveiled the Range Rover Sport Stormer Edition.
Before you get too excited, note that the 'Stormer Edition' will only be available in the UK. It is mainly an options and appearance package for the base level TDV6 'S' with the 2.7 liter, twin-turbo V-6 diesel - a model that doesn't cross the pond for the U.S. market.
The package includes some minor cosmetic upgrades to the exterior namely 20 inch 10-spoke alloy wheels, rear spoiler, revised front and rear bumpers (the latter with integrated rectangular exhaust tips), and monochromatic lower body side and lower tailgate molding. Inside, leather seats are standard as well as front and rear parking sensors and telephone integration.
Land Rover will offer the 'Stormer Edition' in three hues: Santorini Black, Alaska White and Stornoway Grey. It will go on sale in the UK in March where only 300 lucky blokes will be able to drive one home for £43,550.
